If you’re reading this, you’ve likely signed up to become a Permission member, earned some ASK, and are now ready to access your tokens. We’re excited for you and proud to be the platform that allows you to earn rewards for your valuable time and data. Our goal is to make earning and using ASK both simple and enjoyable.

In this article, we’ll guide you through the process of transferring your pending ASK to your wallet.

1/ Before you can withdraw your ASK, you need to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. If you need assistance, please refer to the following guide.

2/ Once your KYC is complete, check if your ASK are available for withdrawal. If they are, your Permission wallet will display the following message: ‘You can withdraw now!’

NOTE: It may take a couple of days for your ASK to become available for withdrawal.

3/ Launch the withdrawal

Click on the “Withdraw” button.

NOTE: The figures on the "Withdraw" button indicate how many withdrawals you have already performed today and the daily limit for authorized withdrawals.

• A prompt will appear, allowing you to choose which wallet you'd like to withdraw to:

NOTE: You will see at least your Permission wallet, as well as any external wallets you may have connected to the Permission platform.

• Select a wallet and click the "Continue" button:

• Another prompt will appear, asking you to enter the amount to be transferred:

  

After entering the amount you wish to transfer, click "Continue."

• The next prompt will ask you to enter a one-time code, which you should have received via email.

Once you enter the code, click the "Continue" button.

• After initiating the transfer, your wallet screen will indicate that the transfer is in progress:

• Once the transfer is complete, you will see this message:

Upon successful transfer, your wallet balance will be updated to reflect the amount transferred.

You can view the details of your transaction in the "Recent Withdrawals" section of your wallet page:
