If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, please first check your spam folder in your email. If it’s not located there, please navigate to the My Orders section on the My Permission tab in the top right of the homepage for Shop & Earn. If you still don’t see it, please submit a request and we’ll be happy to look into it for you.
