If you are having trouble recovering or resetting your password, please follow these steps exactly as written out here:
1. Log out of Permission (hit the log out button in the menu).
2. Clear browser cache.
3. If you had 2FA set up before, please delete the Permission account in your 2FA app.
4. Go through the “Reset Password” process (you can use the same password again).
5. Then try logging in, after you reset your password.
